Gravity has been in operation since 2002 when we first took our local markets by storm across Ludhiana, in India's Punjab district. But founders Hiren Patel and Sunil Kapoor soon decided the Punjab wasn't large enough to contain their ambitions.

As you'd expect 2008 hit our UK and international customers hard. But we weathered the economic storm by downsizing for a while until the ground cleared and we could see what was what. At the same time we continued to invest heavily in our team. Understanding that training and knowledge are the best ways to resist a recession and create a stronger client offering, we're survivors.
