Profit share and ownership stake to Gravity’s employees
Well I have discussed this with many Gravitians in the past. But I will like to raise this topic again so that we can boost motivation and productivity. Gravity is on growth path and going to become a known IT company sooner, therefore I hope this offer will be of interest to all those Gravitians who are conscious about future, who have trust in the company management and who have faith in themself.

Three-quarters of India’s workforce believe they would be more productive if they have a share in profits or allowed to have an ownership stake in their employer’s business.
Almost half of those who are not receiving performance pay say that they would be more productive if they had their earnings linked to performance outcomes.
The survey obtained the views of about 134,000 people, including more than 4,000 in India.
If Company offers you a profit share and or company stake will it motivate you?

Hi, It will be beneficial for employer as well as for employee too, if work will be accordingly performance base. Even I m at different point in this company these days, but I m Supporting Performance base work.

Yes agreed work should be on performance base. It will definitely improve one’s work performance. Because I too believe that “Always necessity is the mother of invention”. It is “Why” you should know to know about “How”.

hi, This is a very – vary beneficial for every employee. But i think employee dose not perform very well.
